TWAIN / / THOR & FRIENDS

For the past decade or so, Mt. Davidson has cultivated his songs and sounds, attempting to create a bridge, a meeting place, between the terrestrial and the mystic. He is a ponderous and delicate sort of creature, short and vaguely leonine, who has spent most of his young life abiding in the midlands of transcendence.

BATTY JR. / / SHANE COOLEY

This is life, a melody-laced landscape of rhymes and stories from the past, present, or whatever else we can grasp. Batty Junior is a band that captures this world in photographs of song, spirit, and sometimes even a bit of comedy, dramady, or whatever else we can grasp. It’s Sadie! It’s Zeke! It’s Taylor! It’s… you!

The songs that [Shane Cooley] are writing and playing now will cut you to the heart" - Arron Brown, Onion Creek Productions, UtopiaFest

LINCOLN DURHAM

LINCOLN DURHAM

Armed with old bastardized mid-century guitars, hand-me-down fiddles and banjos, home-made contraptions with just enough tension on a string to be considered an instrument and any random percussive item he can get his hands or feet on, Lincoln Durham is a Southern-Gothic Psycho-Blues Revival-Punk One-Man-Band with a heavy amped edge, preaching the gospel of some new kind of depraved music. With driving guttural beats backboning various growling stringed instruments Lincoln gives birth to a sound that transcends genres with his dark, poetic and raw writing style telling tales that E.A. Poe would have been proud of.
